I am currently in my third year of studying Applied Computing at Manchester Metropolitan University, where I am building a solid foundation in IT and technical support. In addition to my academic studies, I have gained hands-on experience as a Service Desk Analyst at Bureau Veritas. In this role, I provided technical support to both internal and external users, utilizing a ticketing system to resolve issues within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), managing user accounts and access permissions through Active Directory, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical challenges.At Bureau Veritas, I developed strong skills in user account management, including creating accounts, resetting passwords, and assigning security groups. I also learned the value of clear communication and efficient documentation, ensuring all issues were properly recorded and addressed in a timely manner. This experience allowed me to enhance my problem-solving abilities and reinforced my passion for IT support and system management.As I continue my academic journey, I am actively seeking new opportunities to apply and expand my technical skills in the IT field. I am eager to take on new challenges, contribute to innovative projects, and grow within a dynamic organization. With a strong background in technical troubleshooting, system management, and cross-team collaboration, I am excited to find a role that will allow me to further develop my expertise while making a meaningful impact
