As Chapter President, I have the opportunity to serve as a mediator between our chapter and LSU Greek Life, Phi Gamma Delta Nationals, and our graduate chapter. My job is to ensure that our chapter remains in good standing on campus and is thriving from an external perspective. I was given the opportunity to represent our fraternity, as well as continue to build on the relations we have established with other organizations on campus through election process. Created and managed an annual budget with effective controls to avoid overspending, reduce burn rate, and support sustainability goals.

I was selected to a group of individuals in charge of enforcing the code of conduct of our chapter. During this time, my job was to promote accountability by meeting with active members who disobeyed the code of conduct and taking certain steps after to ensure the safety of our chapter. I worked heavily with our risk management committee in an effort to keep all of our active members safe as well as making sure the active chapter is not acting in a way that would harm the organization as a whole.

Organized special events to foster camaraderie among teammates, families, and members of the community. Advocated for stretching, mobility work, and proper form in order to assist athletes in safely increasing their strength through a variety of training methods. Prepared athletes for difficult games by implementing coordinated practice and physical conditioning regimens. Oversaw challenging practice sessions aimed at improving athletic abilities and teamwork.
