Based on the Creative Cloud Desktop team, my area of ownership is the Notifications experience. My two primary focus areas have been an overall redesign of the UX within the Notifications panel, and now integrating that component into other Flaship applications within the Adobe Ecosystem. I've had to partner with the following teams to get finalized requirements:Multiple Internal Engineering Service Teams AccessibilityPrivacy (Legal)Trust and Safety (Legal)Photoshop Development TeamsExpress Development TeamsMarketing Web Page Teamsand moreAll this to be in a delivery state where the features planned are being actively deployed on different surfaces to millions of users. This role has required my best efforts at internal stakeholder alignment and deploying the same feature across different ecosystems simultaneiously.

BrainStorm is launching a new version of the platform. As we've had to build this new platform we're introducing some new features and new business models. Primarily a new marketplace and licensing structure. I've been over Marketplace, Licensing, and Communications within the new platform, and have also owned Threat Defense (a simulated phishing tool) on the legacy platform. I've been running 4 developer teams.

Product Manager over New PlatformHelm had acquired 3 different software companies and were merging the various applications into one single platform. The goal was to consolidate the markets and become the go-to solution for Civil and Professional Organizing as it pertains to Politics and Governance. My job was to map which features from which platform we'd be taking and which we'd be dropping. I worked with the VP's and GM's to make sure the product roadmap met business needs and would support long term business goals.I had two developer teams where I owned the backlog and execution.

Product Manager

Product Manager of Workfront's Library. A native Digital Asset Manager for the Workfront Platform. Within weeks of joining the Product Management team, the CTO called myself and the Engineering manager for our team into his office. He decided he was unsure if it was the correct product for Workfront to be investing in going forward, and would like us to do a formal evaluation of what it would take to make it worth the continued investment. Both the Engineering Manager and I came to the same conclusion, that it made more sense to partner than build and compete, given the uphill technical battle. For most of my time we were working to achieve what we felt was the minimum viable product that our customers could utilize until our new solution was ready. While learning the art of sunsetting a product wasn't the reason I initially joined the PM team, it provided a lot of challenge which is what I look for in a role. My favorite part was hands down working with the whole Scrum team. Ideally I would look for cross-functional teams in the future.Day to day:- Work with the Scrum team consisting of an Engineering Manager, UX Designer, Front-end Engineers, Back-end Engineers, QA Engineers, and a Technical Writer.- Write Product Requirements clearly enough for the Engineering team to provide accurate estimates, and execute with punctuality.- Support the Product with internal teams such as Professional Services, Customer Success, and Customer Support. - Attend Sales calls with prospective clients to present the value of our features, discuss the future roadmap, and answer any challenging questions.- Review critical Product Key Performance Indicators.Week to Week:- Conduct Research calls with strategic customers to inform, test, and validate the work of the team.- Work with Business Leaders to ensure the work of the team will meet the goals of the company.- Collaborate with other departments on building out plans for future looking work.- Coach others on research.

Ux Researcher

The Lead UX Researcher of two in an international organization with 17 UX Designers and 22 Product Managers.I've been tasking with and have started to build research into the natural product development cycle, drive a focused research culture, and guide the research efforts as a whole. This has it's challenges but anyone who knows me knows I love a good challenge. Here are some things I've done so far:-Creation of a Beta Team that is filled from our online customer community. This community is run by our Customer Advocacy department and has required heavy collaboration with them and our Product Management leadership to launch. -Worked with the Security team to determine how we can connect our rich data to users without any privacy breaches.-Created new channels of communication with Product and our Professional Services and Customer Success Management teams.-Built research library using the tool Notion. Includes tips, tricks, walkthroughs and best practices.-Evaluated and updated the UX Research software solutions for a team this size. -Quantitative research for our product redesign.-Coaching and training PM/UX on how to conduct Formative and Evaluative research.-Built recruiting infrastructure for research participants, including email templates and a self prioritizing list of ad hoc customers.-Built internal research planning tool.-Conducted many research sessions using various methods on various portions of the platform-and more... any questions just ask me.
