Responsible for all HR activities across the company such as recruitment, professional development, payroll administration, solving labour legislation issues, performance appraisal;

 Support the Senior Management Team across all lines of the business. Maintaining an up-to-date HR Policy and Procedure Manual and Employee Handbook. Recruiting people for all the positions of the company. Evaluating the managers through their Performance Planning and Review. Designing the Succession Plan. Solving all the problems regarding the Labour Law. Negotiating the Collective Labour Agreement with the employees’ representatives. Dealing with HR contractors. Designing and putting in practice a competitive compensation and benefit plan for the sales department. Managing HR department budget and ensure expenditures within established budget. Developing and implementing training programs. Providing management with the regular reports on company’s HR and their changes. Dealing with the restructuring and reorganization of the company

 Developing and implementing training programs. Delivering sales, telemarketing, customer care and internet courses. Assessing of the sales force. Helping the salespersons in signing contracts with clients, all over the country

 Coordinating the employees, products and equipments of the company in order to achieve and abide by the “Quality, Service, Cleanliness & Value “ standards as a Shift Manager.  Training the new entry employees. Being part of Profit & Loss team.
