Phil Traina is a veteran real estate agent who comes from a long line of REALTOR’S®. He is a Silicon Valley native with a background in sales, management, marketing and negotiation. With a magnetic personality that folks are drawn to and an ability to see the positive in every situation, real estate was the smart and logical choice for him. Prior to moving his family to the Austin market, he worked in one of the highest producing real estate offices in the country. For Phil, it has now been well over a decade of marketing and selling only real estate, beginning his career in the early part of 2002. His grandmother was a successful broker since 1969 so he saw how many people were helped over the years as he was growing up. “I was lucky to experience that joy early in life. It was the only logical choice for me.” Phil is an entrepreneurial spirit at heart and has proven to truly be The Smart Choice for his many happy clients.
