I have coached workplace supervisors and managers for many years and across a number of industries. In most places I have found similar problems which are creating bottlenecks and dissatisfaction, which in turn interfere with productivity, efficiency and discipline. In some cases these events have been happening for so long they have become the norm. People get fed up and lose motivation when the operational discipline is wrong. It takes a strong and determined leader to bring about cultural change that puts the right accountability and responsibility back where it belongs and it takes grit to work with the frontline staff and teams to lead and embed the changes needed. This is my work, the stuff that I love to do that helps build and shape organisations and teams and leaves a lasting legacy.
