I am also working with Superintendents and Managers to develop better team effectiveness, reduce incident rates and implement effective procedure.I like to be field based with the people I am working with. I can train as well as coach and carry a portable training agency with me. I like to think that with every interaction some learning is taken away.

We are a first class RTO based in the south west but active all over the state.We have a number of people development units and qualifications from the safety, leadership and HR spectrums. We integrate these resources with on the job coaching, classroom training and experiential learning. We also offer traineeships and are licensed to deliver the Worksafe endorsed Safety Representatives Training Program. We are safety auditors and have been selected by the state to audit government buildings and works and by Woolworths to audit safety on their project work. We research and write safety documentation.
