Over the years, I have trained professionals across diverse industries and honed my skills in designing curated programs and imparting training to all roles, age groups and audience size. ✅I am passionate about empowering individuals through training & coaching initiatives.✅Though I have spearheaded and successfully implemented many projects however, one which is especially close to my heart is the “MEE Session” which I had conceptualized, designed and implemented for the SIAH program, a part of the Apollo Kavach project aimed towards serving COVID-19 patients. 50K+ individuals across the country have undertaken and benefited from these sessions which centered around life coaching & mindfulness. ✅I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve organizational objectives.
