Young professional with a passion for finance, accounting and fitness. By day, I am a Bookkeeper for a family owned bookkeeping business. By early morning, I am a group fitness trainer with a mission to positively impact the physical fitness, and ultimately the lives of as many people as possible. My goal is help business professionals get into the best shape of their lives. As someone who is in the finance/accounting industry, and sits at a desk for 8 hours a day, I know and am aware of the real dangers of the seated position. With Camp Gladiator's progressive training system, I will help you improve your posture by strengthening all the muscles that could be harmed from sitting for 8+ hours a day for several years, as well as give you ideas of stretches you can do throughout the day to help minimize the potential dangers of being in the seated position for long periods of time.I don't say this to scare you, but most people don't realize how harmful it can be in later years of life to be seated for 8 hours a day, for 20 or more years without having a proper training program to help counteract those problems.
