Claudia has had various titles during her career: Executive Coach, HR Consultant, Trainer, Manager, Director, Systems Analyst... Right out of High School she started her work career as a Medical Transcriptionist, Administrative Assistant to CEO, and Administrative Assistant to a Legal Assistance Director. All of her new titles were a result of promotions or advanced job opportunities.Following-up on her corporate training and tenure as a Systems Analyst, she was promoted to Systems Analyst Team Manger. The companies she worked for were a couple of Silicon Valley based companies with offices on the East Coast. While working full-time she went to Evening School, successfully completing a B.A, in Liberal Arts with a minor in computer science, and began her Master's Degree courses just prior to starting Germaine Group.After leaving corporate America, she created Germaine Group and was able to provide various training and development workshops for numerous companies, nationwide. Most of her contracts were months long, and in a couple of cases a few years in duration. Simultaneously, before certifications became the "thing" she became proficient in Project Management, trained a travel company's staff, and managed the company's entire system migration to century 2000-compatible software. Additionally, through Germaine Group, in various USA states and multi-country European locations, she was a co-facilitator of numerous interactive workshops – games – that focused on how to possibly solve many of the world's problems.
