    Positioned at the Woodlawn McDonald's, I was assigned to the team for my ability to complete special tasks well and with little supervision.I was tasked to lead the people department while training the whole restaurant on a brand new way of doing things that shifted the whole organization called Vision 17. I trained 12 personally selected individuals on exceptional guest experience, and guest recovery skills. I completed the V17 shift while hiring, training and developing everyone who showed promise in management and team leading. I also remained responsible for the schedule.September 2016, my responsibilities shifted from training these Guest Experience Leaders, to hiring and staffing the restaurant to keep building out brand. I had managed to hire 97 people from Sept 2016 to Sept 2017, with lower than a 15% turnover rate between experienced and new crew.During this time, I assisted my General Manager in creating a fantastic sales building culture, where I personally focused on great speed of service, and following procedures at all times. I helped the store build 25% top line sales in 2017, taking us from a $4.4 million location to a $5.5 million.I have since been reassigned, I miss my team, and am glad they continue to do well without me
