I have joined Swiggy as a customer experience executive for food process in 2018. In 2019, I have been moved to Swiggy CC Labs where I have handled more than 85+ projects and experimented on multiple sub process to improve the Swiggy customer experience. Later, in Oct'2019 I have been internally promoted as a Senior Process Trainer for Swiggy Food delivery process. I have also handled Swiggy sub process as Swiggy Money, Swiggy Daily. I was a part of multiple projects and in 2020, I was again moved back to Restaurant Partner Support process and also proactively dealing with internal content team along with Opex team for process creation and it's execution. The journey is still on as a Sr. Trainer. in Swiggy. I would like to say that I am very passionate about work. I don't really differentiate between any kind of work and I am really hardworking. I love to expand and show my creativity and talents. I just need the opportunity. With God's grace and my positive attitude I will make sure to achieve 100% in any tasks.
