Formed in early 2010, Training 2 CARE built it’s reputation on providing innovative, high quality training that was specific to the care industry. In 2015, Training 2 Care became the UK’s exclusive provider of the world acclaimed Virtual Dementia Tour which is the only scientifically and medically proven method of giving a person with a healthy brain, an experience of what dementia might be like. Over the past few years, the Virtual Dementia Tour became the benchmark training for dementia across the UK and has now been experienced by 1 million people in England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Glenn then committed to improving the training standards for Autism in the health and social care landscape. Working with Autistic people, Glenn created the Autism Reality Experience which gives delegates a true experience of the over sensitivities experienced by autistic people daily. Adopted by the NHS, Care Providers, Schools, Prison service and so on. The Autism Reality Experience has quickly become the market leading training for autism in the UK and soon to be adopted in America. Glenn then invented the Dementia Interpreter course due to the challenges faced by people who have dementia around communication. He developed the Dementia dictionary to coincide with the Interpreters course to freely publish the translated Language of dementia to all. In 2021, Glenn is launching a QVC style website called the Item.TV which is a sales point for all products that are for the care industry. The Item.TV is where people will be able to find reviews, interviews and recommendations from Manufacturers and piers to ensure that items bought are fit for the people we serve.
