Plan, deliver and manage specific subject area learning programmes for learners that meet their needs and adhere to agreed quality standards and company policies and procedures. To undertake the supporting of students to increase confidence outside of the classroom through activities.Working with Year's 10,11 students at age's from 13-16 who have been excluded from mainstream school, who require SEN or behavioural support.•Required to plan and produce schemes of work to meet curriculum and accreditation requirements, including liaising with awarding bodies/centres and taking into account guidance from the DCSF, LSC and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all current requirements.• Prepare and deliver classes/activities to individuals and groups of learners as required by the curriculum/timetable, including completing registers, lesson plans and other activity records by setting and marking individual work.• Develop learning resources and learning routes that meet learners needs and the requirements of include and clients. This will utilise induction materials, individual learning plans, reports and other documentation to agreed timetables and quality standards.• Implement and maintain systems for monitoring and evaluating classroom learning activities to ensure they are effective and worthwhile and best practice is maintained. while Contributing to the maintenance and updating of learner record files, including individual action and learning plans ensuring they contain relevant information covering programmes and learning outcomes. Adhere to the company’s Data Protection policies.• Undertake relevant administrative tasks associated with the teaching function including examination/accreditation entries for learners.
