Reginaldo began serving as human resource and organizational development director for a family-owned and controlled corporation, Hi-Cool Engineering Corporation, in August of 1993 after Reginaldo's completion of a Diploma in Human Resource Development Program at Ateneo de Manila University. Since then he has facilitated customer service training programs for Hi-Cool executives and staff, conference and workshop planning forums for non-profit organizations, and leadership training for leaders of various church and para-church organizations. At present he facilitates core group leadership and management development programs. Turnaround time is one (1) year, in small group formats via virtual and face-to-face training.
