About David Young

David is a strategic and analytical leader with a passion for helping organizations solve complex talent challenges. He is responsible for creating and executing the strategy to address business-critical workforce shortages through recruiting, developing, and retaining a skilled and diverse workforce across Cox Automotive's line of businesses.
