Director, Strategic Workforce Planning
CurrentResponsible for leading the design and execution of an enterprise-wide strategic workforce planning capability. This includes collaborating with HR and business leaders to quantify/prioritize critical talent needs and spearheading the design and execution of integrated plans across each stage of the employee life cycle to achieve Cox Auto's "war for talent" strategic objectives. Partners include a broad stakeholder group across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, HR COEs, HR Analytics, and Employment Practices to deliver programs that drive tangible improvements in talent attraction, development, and retention.Example accomplishments include, but are not limited to:- Launched a Career Skills Framework for Software Engineers and Enterprise Application Engineers, to include a SharePoint site with relevant resources, tools, and skill development learning paths. This resulted in a ~50% increase in online training completion when compared to pre-launch stats.- Managed the pilot implementation of outcome-based performance management for Technology employees. As a result of the project, employees were more cognizant of the value their work brought to the organization, were more likely to partner with others to address roadblocks to value delivery, and more frequently collaborated with cross-functional peers to discuss and align their performance goals. - Drafted the competency framework for Cox Automotive's future-state continuous improvement culture, then partnered with Learning & Development, Talent Management, Compensation, and HR Technology for integration.
