-Booking, scheduling and dispatching drivers with loads & following the freight market on a daily basis. -Daily communication with the drivers, keeping brokers informed about the freight at all times.-Orchestrating freight movement from one place to another & assisting driver with routing directions.-Responding to emergency calls & directing drivers with proper guidance. -Maintaining close and professional communication with brokers and drivers. Coordinating & managing the schedules of truck drivers to ensure the goods are picked up and delivered on time. -Relaying any kind of information and problems to the other dispatchers regarding the loads.-Entering the loads in our system.-Relaying information to the Accounting and Invoicing departments.

As a part of the Team 1 dispatch team, my workload consists of:-Daily communication with the drivers, providing ETA and timely updates to the brokers and assisting drivers on the road.-Relaying any information and problems to the dispatchers regarding the loads.-Providing ETAs, PODs and assisting the drivers with PU#. -Entering the loads in our system.-Relaying information to the Accounting and Invoicing departments.
