• Manage all operations-related aspects cross-sales, delivery, recruitment, and resource assurance, revenue• Manage all members of the Operations Management department of the Company

- Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships- Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions- Identify, compare, select, and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs- Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence- Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements- Develop the technical aspects of our company’s strategy- Research any new technologies that may potentially increase our company’s competitive advantage- Create a timeline for development and deployment of technology services- Ensure system infrastructure is functioning and working efficiently- Build processes for data protection and quality assurance- Monitor Key Performance Indicators and metrics- Keep track of IT budgets to update the performance of technology- Respond to feedback from stakeholders and use it to make improvements or adjustments needed to our technology- Make executive decisions regarding our company’s technological needs- Make sure regulatory standards are met
