Responsibility:• Identify new prospects and initiate contact to develop Key Accounts.• Plan and execute sales activities and develop profitable new business opportunities for live communication projects such as exhibitions & and events, conferences, road shows & and all sorts of IMCs.• Participate and lead the creative development process.• Coordinate with internal dept. and external vendors to win new business.• Present the company’s full spectrum of services, network and develop relationships.• Ability to close deals, and lead the management and execution of exhibitions & and events, conferences, road shows & and all sorts of IMCs for successful delivery of client expectations• Account management – staying involved with new key clients through the production process (attending key meetings, staying in touch with the client, being on site)• Work with management to draw up a new plan and budget

- Being responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating teammates- Being responsible for providing professional guidance to the department’s staff on customer service, brainstorming ability, writing proposal, presenting, making a quote, implementing an event / activation program.- Being responsible for assigning effective work and ensuring the quality of work of subordinate teammates- Managing outsource agencies for organizing events - Controlling price quotes and Internal costs of projects to ensure the budget proposed by Marketing Director.- Managing and coordinating between project implementation departments to meet internal company's targets.- Reporting and updating to Marketing Director.- Other duties related to consulting, strengthening and developing the company are assigned by Marketing Director.

Core Clients: Google Singapore, YouTube, TBS Group- Maintain the existing customers assigned by the Account Manager/Account Director.- Work with potential and existing clients to gain insights on the needs of clients, market practices, and brand awareness, as the "Bridge" to connect client and Agency sides- Manage client's expectations and ensure high satisfaction- Organize Offline/Online events including run-through programs, managing talents, etc.- Work smoothly with Internal Team, including the Creative, Event Team to deliver the best outcome for Clients.- Successful projects: YouTube Creator for Change 2019, Google Connect Workshop series 2019, Mai House Hotel Launch, etc.

- Independently handle small or medium projects / accounts.- Handle some major projects of a large account under direct supervision of Account Manager to manage clients’ expectations.- Be client’s primary day to day contact on projects.- Develop and manage projects / programs, including concept proposals, implementation plan, staffing plan, budget and timeline.- Plan and manage events, convention- Manage suppliers & sub-contractors as & when required. - Report to clients on project management/program status.- Handle other tasks assigned by Account Manager.- Handle paper works after event done.
