Create costing sheet and follow up until submitting final price to Customers to get paid on each order or style.• Preparing of fabric lab dip/strike off, fabric quality for approval. Work with fabric suppliers on fabric detail sheet. Follow up to ensure lab dip/ strike off are approved on time and on time fabric deliveries to meet factory’s line schedule and Customer’s required delivery.• Find the suppliers and sources for various of trimmings. Order the trimmings accordingly to approved samples. • Follow up Production samples (Fit, PP, TOP, Garment test…) with Customer and sample room. • Provide mini marker, consumption, for Customer approval before proceed to cut. • Follow fabric usage and inventory, report fabric inspection and claim to fabric suppliers if any. Provide cut-able quantity base on fabric receiving and approved consumption to Customer. • Assure the accessories and trims for the production running.• Management the order to assure the quality and delivery date.• Well known technical doc, settle the problem during the production.• Production preparation • Work closely with factories, garment production/QC teams, technicians and sample room to ensure all samples/orders are delivered on time to the highest quality standards. • Work closely with factories for follow up of fabric and trim receiving, fabric inspection, shade band, consumption, sample process, quality inspections and order schedules. • Coordinate Pre-production meeting with technician, QC, and factories to minimize problem ahead of production.• Coordinate with QC, factories for production status, settle the problem during the production• Shipment and shipping advices
