Current• Produce and analyze reports to support the company’s overarching labor planning and management strategies. Utilize multiple HRIS systems for data entry, modification, and reporting• Serve as an internal business partner, supporting various managers with administration of payroll and aspects of employee relations including consultation, issues management, disciplinary actions, and employee appeals• Triage various HR cases, conducting preliminary reviews and situational analysis to provide management with expert-level consultation and recommendations• Act as a trusted advisor for employees, providing guidance on Human Resources related policies and company programs
