- Follow up from inquiry, sampling to bulk order to ensure shipment delivery.- Balance and source raw materials required for PO.- Order raw materials, follow up delivery status and production progress at the factory.- Contact and implement the PO replacement procedure with the factory.- Monitor each style in particular line.- Coordinate with QC and PD team to ensure quality meet with customer's standard.- Review and highlight to BOD about order shorten lead-time.- Liaison with customer to solve unexpected problems arising during production progress.- Maintain excellent file of all specification for each style (technical description, worksheet and pattern).- Check, verify, issue discrepancy report to BOD for shortage consumption, missing order, wrong consumption in material requirement plan.

-Handle PO and shipment, maintain customer relationship.- Receive, follow up from sampling to receiving PO and work closely with production team to ensure on time shipment delivery.- Working closely with 3rd Inspection Party (SGS Vietnam) to ensure all sample test, mass production test and FRI inspection to meet quality and shipment schedule.- Respond to customer's inquiries and complains such as: quality issue, quotation, new product's development, shipment delivery...ect. Working with related department to feedback the solution and corrective action to customer timely.- Book shipment with forwarders and prepare shipping document (Invoice & Packing list, booking confirmation...) to Logistic team and forwarder.- Follow up payment from buyer. Submit all require report (daily report, weekly report, monthly report, shipment pending list, Inspection report, ...) in a complete and timely manner.- Conducting other tasks as Director request.
