In charge of Safety - Security for the whole project.- Control, planning to coordinate with security department.- Approve the organization plan, arrange, lay out the ground, create the image of the construction site/ project.- Operating and coordinating the Safety Committee Board apparatus at the construction site.- Planning and controlling about Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessment (RA)/ Risk Management.- Evaluate the performance of safety work of all forces participating in the performance of safety tasks on the construction site (Supervisor, Safety Officer, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers...).- Working with the Investors/Clients, Consultant Board, Safety Department on requirements related to safety work.- Controlling, planning to update and supplement safety records related to the inspection work of the Legal Department/ Government and internal company.- Coordinate with Safety Expert to organize training activities for Management Site Board.- Prepare remedial reports and weekly safety reports on Safety Department, respond to Mace's minutes, make weekly and monthly reports to the Clients/Consultant- Drafting/assigning to draft and issue documents related to construction site safety and security (directives, fine regulations, regulations on documents and procedures,...).- Make the final decision and agree on the synchronous implementation of the whole construction site.- Working on government-related work, functional agencies related to the law or legal.- Take main responsibility for the measures implemented, coordinate with the office department if the measures are related to safety issues.

- Trainning, recommend and toolbox meeting to control- Instruct workers to improve safety behavious in the details of the work that they perform- Proposal both assistance and backup for the various menthods of safety and environmental issues.- Make independent judgments about safety issues or problems.- Develop and implement company programs and policies as they relate to the safety.- Interpret and provide information on laws, regulations and company policies and procedures to sub-contractors.- Conduct training of safety, occupational health, and hazardous waste management for management board.- Complete risk management assessments, organizing safety analysic for special method statements.
