In charge for beverage cost to make sure cost well control as monthly budget.o Arrange staff working time weekly and organize staff for special events, wine dinner.o Support supervisor for monthly training plan and train about the wine knowledge for restaurant.o In charge for restaurant hygiene to make sure good hygiene for bar area and kitchen.o Take care restaurant P&L to control cost and expanses follow up the monthly budget.o In Charge for daily operation to provide good service as fine dining restaurant, working for wine dinner and Michelin Guest chef.o Support bar team to control wine cellar to make sure wine stock and balance with monthly report.

o Setup POS system of restaurant make sure it smooth running and follow new menu and promotion update.o Making monthly training plan, plan to training about food knowledge, beverage knowledge, hotel service standard, general hotel knowledge.o Equipment control make sure always have fully equipment to help daily operation well service and planning to prepare for event, festive date and control in/out and damage equipment to monthly report to manager.o Follow up restaurant daily operation, prepare and do daily check list to make restaurant ready for operation.o Working with Purchasing to order the nonfood items.

Banquet waiter:o Prepare and set up table layout and table equipment for events, meeting room, wedding functions and outside catering.o Communication with kitchen for the food service during events.o Control and prepare bar stock and set up bar counter for every event. o Monthly beverage report and explain for the report with Finance and Director.Fine dining restaurant waiter:o Setup POS system of restaurant make sure it smooth running and follow new menu and promotion update.o Follow up the daily operation of fine dining concept with Lunch and Dinner service only.o Experience for fine dining restaurant with knowledge about wine and spirit.o A la carte lunch and dinner with monthly set menu and a la carte selection with knowledge about Italian food, communicate with kitchen to provide good food and service.
