- In charge of all financial activities of the company.- Manage and develop the company's annual financial plan.- Manage capital mobilization activities and balance the group's capitalresources.- Develop and implement the group's investment and business plans.- Participate in developing group projects.- In charge of external affairs and implement project-related procedures with State management agencies such as Government Inspector, Ministry of Finance, General Department of Taxation, State Audit.

- Develop business plans and programs to implement the business activities of the company.- Create and implement plans for developing customers and partners of the company.- Participate and support sales and partners for processing development plan, build the financial structure for the customers.- Coordinate, support, supervise and consult teams to implement investment contracts/projects.- Ensure the progress and quality of consulting, issuing plans of bond (DCM market) and shares (ECM market) of agents.- Maintain and develop relationships with customers, partners, and relevant agencies (HNX Stock Exchange, State Securities Commission, Ministry of Finance) to support business activities.- Participate in coordination with relevant departments within MBS to proceed and meet requirements of the investment banking services contracts.- Participate in managing cross-selling activities within MB Group.

- Coordinate with the State Bank of Vietnam and the State Securities Commission to manage the monetary and financial markets.- Monitor and supervise the financial mechanisms and operations of Vietcombank, Co-opBank, and the People's Credit Fund.- Participate and coordinate with the State Bank of Vietnam to develop policies to restructure the credit institutions system, contribute to the Amended Law on Credit Institutions, Resolution No. 42 of the National Assembly on piloting bad debt settlement.- Participate and coordinate with the State Bank of Vietnam in appraising restructuring projects of some commercial banks and financial companies.- Participate in building a legal framework for debt trading activities.- Participate in developing regulations on financial mechanisms of commercial banks and people's credit funds.- Manage agricultural credit policies of state-owned commercial banks.- Monitor the tax obligations at some commercial banks.- Participate in developing regulations on supervision of state investmentcapital at state-owned commercial banks.- Participate in developing the project to restructure the Vietnam Debt AndAsset Trading Corporation.
