I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with an emphasis on Health Promotion from the University of Arizona. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Arizona College of Nursing. I have a passion in urban and rural health, health promotion, experience with assisting in health screenings, and collecting datas and surveys with the MEZCOPH Primary Prevention Mobile Health Unit program. My experiences as a volunteer teacher and teaching assistant, in-patient hospital care, and as a health screener have allowed me to work one-on-one with students and patients while also working closely with different healthcare professionals, mentors, and staff to improve students' learning outcomes and also deliver optimal care and services for patients. Overall, I am highly organized, motivated, hard-working, and have a strong work ethic. In my pursuit of a career as a healthcare worker, I am seeking opportunities to help make our world a little healthier, a little safer and a little better.
