Emma has excellent skills in project management, time management and stakeholder communication. Emma has demonstrated her strong work ethic and a great team player. Moreover, she has also demonstrated her accountability very well. During the 3 months internship, Emma was able to demonstrate his management and leadership skills by organising meetings and leading meeting conversation to drive the completion of the project. Emma was always willing and eager to learn, and she was also a quick learner. Her role and key tasks during the 3 months internship included: Weekly progress update, capturing process and documents requirements, process mapping and stakeholders engagement. During her internship, Emma has further developed her stakeholder engagement, problem solving and project management skills.
