We proudly serve industry leaders: Microsoft and OpenText, further reinforcing our position as a reliable partner in their journey toward excellence.Key responsibilities:- Communicate with Sales Representatives through email, Teams chat or calls to identify and resolve any issues they may encounter with the Order Booking process.- Apply knowledge from Order Booking Guideline and guidance provided by the Order Management supervisor, Team Manager, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and team members to validate customer Purchase Orders, ensuring that the information aligns accurately and consistently with the quotation provided by the Sales team.- Collaborate closely with the Sales team, Order Management Specialists, and pertinent departments to ensure precise fulfillment of customer orders and meet their expectations effectively.- Attend weekly meetings with the Order Management supervisor, Team Manager and higher levels to report on work progress, discuss strategies to resolve complex or atypical cases, deliver training and share process updates.- Engage in training sessions within the team by identifying areas that require expertise and actively sharing knowledge and workarounds among team members.- Assume the role of the team's Queue Monitor to ensure a seamless workflow and equitable distribution of tasks
