As a Communication Manager at LamkES, I was responsible for developing and executing the community's communication strategy, ensuring that all internal and external messaging aligned with our overall goals and objectives.One of my most memorable experiences at LamkES was when we organised a Student Entrepreneurship Event. This event was designed to encourage and support students who were interested in starting their own business. The event was a huge undertaking that required a lot of planning and coordination.I was tasked with leading the communications effort for the event and I worked closely with a team of colleagues to create a comprehensive communication plan. I was responsible for creating the event website, social media content and all the promotional materials.As the event date approached, I worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was in place. I created an agenda and schedule for the day and made sure that the speakers and attendees were well-informed. On the day of the event, everything came together perfectly. The event was well-attended and received positive feedback from attendees, speakers and media.But the most rewarding part of this experience was the feedback I received from the students. They were impressed by the quality of the event and the resources that were made available to them. Many of them thanked me for the opportunity to learn and connect with successful entrepreneurs.Organising a Student Entrepreneurship Event was an incredibly rewarding experience. I had the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people, and I am grateful for the skills and experiences I gained during my time at LamkES.

I had the chance to participate in the International Business Plan Competition 2019 in South Korea, hosted by none other than Samsung. The competition brought together the brightest minds from universities around the world, and I was determined to make the most of it.Winning the competition was a huge accomplishment for me, but even more so to be recognized by a giant and reputable company like Samsung. It was a huge validation of my skills and a catalyst for my confidence. This experience has opened up a world of possibilities for me and I am eager to see where it will take me next.I will always cherish this experience and the lessons I learned from it.

As a Sales Specialist at a Runway Store, I was responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. My role was to make the shopping experience for our customers as enjoyable and successful as possible.One of my favorite things about working at the store was the opportunity to connect with customers on a personal level. I would often spend time chatting with customers, learning about their individual style and preferences, and making personalized recommendations based on their needs. I loved the feeling of satisfaction when a customer would leave the store with a new outfit that they felt confident and excited about wearing.I was also a key player in driving sales and meeting store targets. I was always on the lookout for ways to upsell, cross-sell and promote new products and services. I was always on top of new fashion trends, and would always have suggestions on how to mix and match items to create unique outfits. I also had a great ability to make customers feel comfortable and special while they were shopping with us. I was always attentive to their needs and make sure they were assisted promptly.One of the most memorable experiences I had was when I assisted a customer who was looking for a dress for her daughter. She was feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to choose, but I took the time to really listen to her needs and preferences, and I was able to guide her to the perfect dress. She was so grateful and thanked me for making the experience so enjoyable. She even sent a thank you note to the store management praising my service.Being a Sales Specialist at a Runway store was an incredibly rewarding experience. I had the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, and I am grateful for the skills and experiences I gained during my time there
