In 2012, Claudia represented Slovakia in North Carolina, USA, through the U.S. State Department's Benjamin Franklin Transatlantic Fellowship (BFTF) program. BFTF inspired her to engage in international projects focused on European and global affairs. She launched her own initiative, For Tomorrow’s Europe, through which she organized international conferences for young people from around the world.In addition, she participated in various workshops, mentoring youths interested in minority issues, with a primary focus on immigration, antisemitism, and homophobia.From 2015 to 2019, she served as Deputy Director of Corporate Relations at GLOBSEC, a global think tank that organizes major international conferences, contributing new recommendations to foreign and security policy. Notable events include the GLOBSEC Bratislava Forum and the Tatra Summit, with the GLOBSEC Bratislava Forum being one of the world’s leading political-business conferences.Thanks to her experience in the NGO sector, she was invited to speak at the TedxBISB 2015 conference in Slovakia. Additionally, she frequently serves as a host at youth events, conferences, and moderates various discussions.She also worked as the Campaign Manager for a coalition of two political parties in Slovakia, leading a team of 50 full-time staff until the 2020 parliamentary elections.After the elections, she returned to GLOBSEC to take on a senior role, while also becoming Head of Investor Relations at the investment company Crowdberry. Due to her experience in both the NGO and investment sectors, she was appointed Head of Operations for CB ESPRI Impact One, a social impact fund in Slovakia.

Given the community's ongoing pursuit of official minority status in Slovakia, I accepted the responsibility to oversee and anchor the podcast, aiming to illuminate the Vietnamese community's experiences. Over the course of a year, the 16-episode production involved conducting interviews with over 30 participants, and collaboratively crafting scripts based on the gathered materials. -
