Since March 2024, I have held the role of Project Manager for organizing the cultural event – the "Day of Vietnam 2024" festival. It was the third edition, and as the Project Manager, I was responsible for fundraising, managing a team of 10 core members and 40+ volunteers, and overseeing a total budget of 100,000 EUR. The third edition of the festival attracted more than 10,000 visitors.

CB ESPRI s.r.o. is the fund manager of the social impact fund CB ESPRI Impact One, co-owned by the governmental body Slovak Investment Holding.The CB ESPRI (Crowdberry a.s. & ESPRI, s.r.o.) consortium won a mandate to manage a fund with a total volume of 10.4 million EUR. The investment period was open from April 2022 to December 2023.My main responsibilities include:- Overview of contractual commitments towards the state.- Communication and management of activities with all subcontractors and suppliers.- Term sheet negotiations with potential investments.- Investment management, including deal-making, negotiation of terms and conditions of the investment (mainly subordinated loan), contract signature, and transaction disbursement.- Organization and facilitation of meetings related to pipeline hunting.- Strategic partnerships development related to pipeline creation.- Management of the CRM database.- Finances - cash flow management, execution of payments to our suppliers- Organization of internal and external meetings.- Archive & admin management- Represented & introduced the fund at various conferences and public events

- the main interviewer- script co-writer- hostIn December 2022, I received an opportunity to spearhead and host a brief podcast miniseries centered on the Vietnamese community in Slovakia. Given the community's ongoing pursuit of official minority status in Slovakia, I accepted the responsibility to oversee and anchor the podcast, aiming to illuminate the Vietnamese community's experiences. Over the course of a year, the 16-episode production involved conducting interviews with over 30 participants, and collaboratively crafting scripts based on the gathered materials.

- Co-shaped the strategy of the coalition- Reported to the chairmen of both of the parties (Michal Truban, Miroslav Beblavý)- Management of the 50-members’ full-time team- Oversaw the operational processes related to the field campaigning as well as online campaigning- Supervised the online communications team as well as the team working in the terrain (door-to-door activities, contact-hunting activities, street campaigning) - Events management- Supervision of the press releases and press conferences- Social media management (PR), Instagram, Facebook- Panel moderation- Financial administration, finance management and budget planning (responsible for the 2.5MIL EUR budget allocation for the political campaign) - organized antifascist and anticorruption protests
