As the pandemic turned the foodservice industry on its side, I found an opportunity to learn and craft a new form of business to further establish my footprint within the food delivery space. By forming the virtual kitchen's backbone to managing operations, I have been able to engross myself in current trends and understand consumer needs during unprecedented times. From menu development to food styling, food photography, website creation, entering partnerships, and training staff, I continue to learn how to operate an upgraded business model that is more cost-efficient in conjunction with a typical brick-and-mortar establishment.

After having experience working as a server and manager for Cao Van Restaurant and Twin Fish, I decided to take my interests in culinary, hospitality and with the helping hands of my parents to open my very first business; Spring 'N Fresh Rolls. At Spring 'N Fresh Rolls we offer a wide range of Authentic Vietnamese to Thai Style meals that are guaranteed to be served fresh. From managing the daily operations to monitoring weekly sales reports and creating promotional deals, I am constantly on my feet while seeing the world through a different lens.

The transition from high school and University is a step many students find astonishing as they make new friends and experience the different academic environments. After having been part of the Schulich Protege Program (SPP) as a mentee during my first year of University, I was inspired to give back to the Schulich community because SPP had a positive impact on my first year of University. As the Marketing & Communication Director of the club, I assist in designing promotional materials along with my colleagues, participate in organizing events, increase the club's overall reach and constantly update all mentees and mentors. Out of many delightful experiences from SPP, I find it valuable to see how friendships are born and progress into a never-ending bond between families, mentees and mentors.
