About Tom Randell

I enjoy working across cultures in entrepreneurial businesses driving change. I have experience defining strategy and explaining and embedding it into operations. I have run communications with shareholders, business partners, governments and regulatory bodies, media, investment analysts and other stakeholders. I have led organisation wide plans to a build relationships internally and externally. I have explained strategy, defended and advocated for corporate decisions and described a wide range of policies and operational and strategic news.My career has included corporate law in London and New York, financial communications, investor relations and political engagement. For most of my working life I have been based in the UK but I have also worked in the US for businesses in the North East and in Texas. I have also studied and lived in France and Denmark, and I have worked alongside colleagues and other stakeholders from all around the world.I value working in an environment that is dynamic, cooperative, stimulating, full of new challenges and with strong values.
