With a vision to create impactful social apps, I founded my company from the ground up. My journey commenced with assembling a dedicated team. In all our stages, I wore multiple hats to fill the gaps, delving into design, marketing (from traffic acquisition to ad creatives), product and project management, translations, copywriting, quality assurance, and reliability engineering. I even rolled up my sleeves to edit code, craft SQL queries, and make commits.— Raised $2M;— Gained over 3M of users with up to 500K DAU in Eastern Europe, South Korea, and US;— Came up with effective campaigns for dating in TikTok (we were one of the first advertisers);— About 70% of our installs were organic;— 2 massive pivots: from dating to social, from social to LIVE streaming dating.Being fully immersed in the venture, I cultivated a deep understanding of every operational nuance, from the broader architecture down to minute details. Problem-solving became second nature as I navigated challenges, always with a solutions-driven approach. Leading the team, I fostered a collaborative environment where we tackled issues head-on.Our commitment knew no bounds – me and my team dedicated countless days and nights, forgoing holidays and weekends to ensure the success and growth of our endeavor.

Within a year, I advanced to the official role of Product Owner, continuing to contribute to all design aspects. I drove feature planning based on OKR goals, set priorities, and enhanced synergy within multiple development teams.— Launched over 5 new trading products such as Digital Options, CFD, crypto exchange, and more;— Made a white label product possible;— Managed to increase key metrics of deposits, LTV, and trading activity;— Built over 30 complex features from scratch, including gamification, one-click deposits, leaderboards, notification center, tutorials, help center, trading indicators, and so much more.To foster employee engagement and brand recognition, I spearheaded the largest fintech hackathon in Russia. This endeavor entailed ideation, content creation, landing page design, application management, and an extensive social media advertising campaign. Operating on a budget of 200,000 RUB, we achieved a conversion rate of 0.9%, drawing 3,000 applications and engaging 600 active participants including designers and programmers.This role significantly broadened my expertise in product launches, marketing, advertising, analytics, UX, recruitment, and people management.Elevating further, I was honored to become a partner in the company, although my entrepreneurial spirit later guided me towards pursuing my own venture.

I began my tenure at IQ Option, intrigued by the opportunity to explore an unfamiliar financial sector. I was recruited to craft a messenger for traders.Over 6 months, I adapted to the challenges and envisioned a long-term commitment to the company. Being the sole designer on the entire desktop platform—also accessible through the web—I introduced and implemented new features; increased key metrics such as LTV, trading activity, and retention; and also enhanced the UX through various data-driven improvements. In reality, my role expanded beyond design—I managed developers, acted as a product owner, and sought efficient methods to implement new products. By immersing myself in goals and objectives, I delved into the intricacies of development, continually advancing the platform to better meet our users' needs.

Following a conflict spurred by the unexpected failure at Actor, our team was cleaved into 2 fractions, each pursuing similar developments. Subsequently, I transitioned to Dialog, a corporate messaging platform mirroring Slack's features.My role largely entailed a rebranding and re-creation process for the product we aimed to commercialize. The venture progressed smoothly—I supported the team in all aspects, and eventually recruited a competent designer whose contributions have seamlessly succeeded my prior responsibilities.Later on, Dialog was acquired by Sberbank, largest Eastern European bank, which now using it as its corporate messenger.

Upon the request of my former colleagues at Telegram, I joined them in crafting a messenger for INTERPOL. Our team thrived during a 3-month stint in Dubai until an unforeseen challenge emerged with our investor's arrest. Undaunted, we advanced the enterprise version of our application, eventually culminating in acquiring Apple as our client.— Spearheaded project management, ensuring timely deliverables;— Drove product development, tailoring effective solutions;— Executed all aspects of design across iOS, Android, and desktop platforms;— Crafted unique iconography, enhancing the application’s visual identity.

Navigating through a myriad of challenges, I worked hand-in-hand with developers in a dynamic product cycle, propelling us on a journey toward unerring product excellence. Our endeavors saw the meticulous modification of thousands of small details and the execution of numerous UX experiments. As of June 2014, I embraced the opportunity to continue my work with the Telegram team remotely, further contributing to our collective innovation.— Pioneered experimental features on Android, including GIF search, stickers, instant chat overlays, and more;— Directed a material redesign of the Android app, enhancing clarity;— Managed each facet of the desktop app design from prototyping to icons and animations;— Spearheaded nuanced detail alterations across iOS and Windows Phone apps, reinforcing a cohesive UX across platforms;— Supervised a dedicated team of developers, steering comprehensive redesigns to fruition.
