1/ Be mainly responsible for all compliance legislation tasks:- Control all the internal regulations, review and make revisions (where appropriate) to ensure the compliance with applicable laws;- Control the internal authorizations documents.- Prepare or supervise the reports submitted to SBV and all other competent authorities.- Prepare and submit regular reports or ad-hoc reports to Group.- Provide day-to-day compliance advice and supports to other divisions/departments of the Company.2/ Actively support the other compliance tasks, in particular:- Follow up and ensure that compliance issues/concerns within the company are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.- Follow up and coordinate all necessary resolution/correction after the inspection/visit by SBV and other State authorities.- Monitor, and if necessary, coordinate the compliance activities of other divisions/departments to ensure the compliant status.- Create and implement the internal compliance control plan.- Cooperate and provide supports to other compliance activities as requested by Compliance Manager and Chief Legal & Compliance Officer.

- Give the legal advices/opinions relating Banking operations for Branches, Board of Director, Head of Division or General Director.- Give warning about the risks of laws to the business operations of the Bank.- Prepare, improve and reform the Credit Contract, Guarantee Contract and Security Contract under the regulation of Civil Law 2015 and Circular 39/2016/TT-NHNN prescribing lending transactions of credit institutions and/or foreign bank branches with customers.- Revise all the legal opinions which were prepared by Legal Officers before sending it the Departments or Branches who encounter the legal problems.- Proactive and draw the plan for the action of Legal Department for the next year.- Also work as an Internal Trainer of the Bank and take part in the Legal and Compliance Training Course for all employees.

- Give the legal advices related to the Banking operations via phone, email and even though directly assist when necessary.- Give warnings on the risks of laws to the business operations of the Bank.- Prepare or review the internal regulation documents of the Bank (includes but not limited the Charter of the Bank, Regulations, Implement Procedures, Guidance and the others).- Revise all the legal opinions of Legal Officers before sending it to Legal and Compliance Manager or higher level.- Take the main responsibility in some key projects of Legal and Compliance Department such as: AML project, FATCA Project, The Credit and Security Contract Form Project, some projects regarding to the Foreign Exchange Control Laws.- Supervise the compliance of the Bank under the AML and FATCA regulations and give the promptly warning when the problems occur.- Also work as a Internal Trainer of the Bank and take part in the Legal and Compliance Training Course for all employees.

- Perform the international payment transaction of the Branch.- Give advice for the customers about the international payment services of the Bank.
