- Product development: Drive forward the end to end development of high quality e-learning resources (including scoping, design, development, implementation and evaluation) that are aligned with the intended learning outcomes and enhance the accessibility for learners .- Project management: Project managing all product developments assigned using recognised project management methodology and tools.- Stakeholder engagement: Ensure all stakeholders including subject specialists, reviewers, product managers and marketing staff are kept informed and up to date on key developments to ensure successful outcomes for project delivery.- Regulation and compliance: Ensure all resources meet the compliance of English, Welsh and Northern Irish regulations.

- Develop and improve online study skills resources on Canvas to support the delivery of study skills in line with University ULS strategic objectives.- Advise and support undergraduate and postgraduate students by delivering a range of 1 to 1 study skills sessions covering: effective reading, academic and report writing, referencing, note taking, critical thinking, analysis and evaluation, reflective writing, group work and presentation skills.- Work with Academic Liaison Librarians and the Study Skills team to deliver study skills workshops.

- Work with Lecturers, Tutors, Curriculum team, Register Team and Additional Learning Service to coordinate, plan, organise and monitor appropriate and suitable work experience within study programme planning.- Provide direct intervention, support and advocacy to students identified as ‘at risk’ of leaving college and/or achieving their learning goals, and students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).- Work on a one-to-one basis and with assigned and/or timetabled groups, to help each student to overcome barriers to learning, including setting personal and social development targets as well as monitoring and reviewing academic targets.- Facilitate workshop activities and/or study skills sessions, to support small group Maths and English intervention.- Ensure timetables with planned hours are met and appropriate the databases on student record system are maintained.

- Plan, manage and assess strategic projects that develop learning support services and programs.- Design, develop and deliver content-integrated digital self-access resources to support ongoing academic literacies and language development in RMIT coursework (using Articulate 360, Storyline, Camtasia, etc.)- Consult with academic staff to analyse support needs and develop support experiences and resources to align with course and program learning outcomes.- Facilitate face-to-face and online learning activities to support development of academic literacies, English language and academic skills across programs and Schools.- Undertake individual and group consultations with students to provide academic study support across the undergraduate and postgraduate programs at RMIT Vietnam. - Facilitate individualised study planning sessions with the aim of helping students to identify and plan for achievement of personal learning goals.- Provide training, monitoring and ongoing development opportunities to student leaders participating in Peer Assisted Learning programs.

- Collaborate closely with academic staffs to analyze support needs and develop support face-to-face workshops and online learning resources to align with the courses and program learning outcomes.- Support academic staffs in developing student-friendly assessment materials to improve the students’ experience and engagement with the tasks.- Undertake face-to-face and online individual and group consultations with students to provide academic study support across the undergraduate and postgraduate programs at RMIT Vietnam.- Facilitate individualised study planning sessions with the aim of helping students to identify and plan for achievement of personal learning goals.
