- Taking responsibility in planning all digital activities for months/quarters campaigns and also specific projects for both Branding and Performance- Identifying and driving new digital growth initiatives to improve lead generation, retention, and conversion performance- In-depth analysis to evaluate performance of projects to propose improvement points moving forward- Research, evaluate and deploy growth opportunities, prioritize most impactful projects- Managing budget and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency for owned programs; including technical setup of experiments and analysis of results- Working collaboratively with marketing team to build scalable solutions that improve the user experience across the full omni-channel journey online- Leading and managing internal team members on execution and operation to make sure campaign/projects run smoothly without any issues- Representing Digital Department to work with other stakeholders in specific projects for planning Digital Activities- Assisting to Marketing Director to produce annual plan and big projects

- Clients: RB brands (Enfa, Durex, Strepsils & Gaviscon)- Planning:• Develop media strategy, channel recommendations and prepare the detailed media flow plan for all big and always on campaign in aligned with my digital manager• Contribute on yearly media plan with my digital manger/director• Media trend updates, A/B Testing results, present & deliver recommendations in monthly/quarterly/half year report• Various campaign reports on local/regional/global levels- Buying:• Execute and manage all booking activities following the approved digital media plan, providing hands-on support, instruction/ material specs as needed – both managed service and self-service
