As a language enthusiast with a non-IT background, I have ventured into the IT field for over 5 years, starting as a IT Japanese Comtor.Through translating various documents and requirements, and participating in client meetings, I gradually gained an understanding of project operations, client communication, and reporting, while building a solid foundation of knowledge in software development.I then decided to transition into the role of a Tester and quickly seized the opportunity to go onsite in Japan. Working directly with Japanese colleagues in a Japanese environment helped me develop analytical skills, attention to detail, and sharpness in software testing.Upon returning to Vietnam, alongside continuing my work as a Tester, I decided to take on the challenge of becoming a Business Analyst (BA).
