- Communication• Draft letters and external relation communications such as press releases, briefing notes and other written materials • Support translation from English to Vietnamese and vice-versa • Support the development of communication products and materials for the BHC project, including standees, pamphlets, posters, as designated by the BHC Program Coordinator. • Support the development for materials for social media including FB, Instagram and Website in conjunction with County Director and external agency• Coordinate external events with partners including partner meetings • Ensure appropriate project visibility by creating or adapting materials to ensure donor names and logos appear on all key communication materials• Maintain and manage the list of project partners and contacts- including media and journalists, in conjunction with BHC Associate• Support study tour, mission visits and other public relation activities related to the BHC project.• Coordinate and work with external translators, particularly simultaneous translators to ensure they are well briefed about key aspects of the project in advance of translating events.- Programme Administration and Finance• Backstop the team in terms of administration and finance when necessary.• Draft budgets, payments related to contracts, supplies and cash payment • Maintain a basic ledger of the BHC project to report on expenditures and budgets • Support the team in arranging national and international travel• Support all administration and finance assignments as per the East Meet West protocol and procedures.
