Recruitment activities (70%)- Build a candidate data source suitable to the Company's recruitment needs.- Search and select suitable candidates, consult and introduce candidates to the position, working environment, and benefits of the Company.- Screening CVs, organizing interviews, synthesizing results after interviews, negotiating offers.- Welcoming, arranging seating, integrating new employees.- Conduct recruitment market information surveys as requested by Management when needed.Result: Average headcount recruitment 4 - 5 member per month (Junior, Middle, Senior)2.
