- Prepare payment documentation, verify documents, process files to ensure the legal compliance of payment records, and ensure that payment tasks are carried out accurately and promptly according to legal regulations and company procedures.- Record economic transactions, allocate expenses, manage, and report debts.- Reconcile data with partners and disburse funds in accordance with company regulations.- Prepare tax reports, declare and submit taxes on time. Compile reports as requested by management.

- State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Statistical Reporting: Verify and transmit balance sheets, financial reports regularly on a daily, monthly, quarterly basis. Reconcile account balances between detailed accounts on the balance sheet with data from customer loan transactions, deposits, borrowings, derivative financial instruments, securities trading, debt classification, and credit risk provisions. Prepare ad-hoc reports as per SBV directives.- Tax and Statistical Reporting: Prepare tax reports including Value Added Tax (VAT) and reports for foreign contractors. Compile statistical reports for statistical agencies periodically.

- Execute accounts payable tasks, track inventory movements (inflows and outflows), reconcile data with branch stations. Prepare related reports as requested by superiors.- Check and prepare payment documents, record economic transactions, monitor accounts payable, and archive documentation.
