- Provides day-to-day responsibility for the running of the ecommerce websites including updating categories, banners, filters etc.- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to execute website merchandising best practices- Executes Ecommerce pricing and promotions.- Prepares and analyzes Ecomm reports daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly.- Onboards new product to Ecomm site.- Gathers and analyzes customer data to assist with the understanding on customer behavior to drive sales growth and an improved customer experience.- Evaluates ecommerce data/KPIs to understand business/customer trends and provides recommendations.
