Services Provided:- Perform Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) duties- Manage and train technicians, interns, and other pharmacists- Oversee all pharmacy operations- Provide patient consultations- Provide drugs recommendations/info- Review patient charts and lab results- Data entry, data review, and product review- Interact and address all the questions and problems from doctors, nurses, pharmacy technicians, and patients

- Clinically review patient labs and charts to help prescribers finding potential issue with a specific patient- Data review to ensure accuracy (from the typist) and safety of drug and products review to make sure correct drug was dispensed- Training other pharmacists and technicians on the new program called Guardian- Triage every order that faxed to pharmacy to make sure order was written completely and accordingly without any potential major drug-drug interaction, contraindication, disease-drug interaction, and allergic reaction - Scan all the complete and good orders into Rx Imaging for typing technician - once order was typed, review prescriptions one more time against patient computer profile to ensure it accuracy and safety - Products review was the next step to ensure correct drug was dispensed. - To address all the questions and problems from doctors, nurses, and pharmacy technicians

- Responsible for day to day operations within the pharmacy- Supervise and train Technicians- Acting Pharmacist-in-Charge- Data entry, data review, and product review- Intervene with prescribers if any problems arise with their prescribed drugs and recommend alternative formulary drugs that are therapeutically equivalent

- Fully responsible for day to day operations within the pharmacy- Ensure proper paperwork accompanies medications for patients and make certain proper labels are affixed onto medication bottles and appropriate medications are dispensed- Supervise Technicians and dispense over 600 prescriptions per day- Provide patient consultations and recommendations
