Work closely with related departments to make sure them run smoothly.• Organize interactive activities, events to enhance interaction between employees and engage them more.• Organize post-training programs to motivate employees to behave and work according to CFR principles (Conversations, Feedback and Recognition), practice effective work habits.• Plan and implement “KUDOS” program to give instant recognition to the employees who have the behavior of creating "WOW" for colleagues and/or customers.• Organize annual CMC Award to honor employees who have achieved outstanding performance, long-term engagement with the company.• Coordinate with vendors to implement annual Employee Engagement Survey with the whole group to identify and forecast employee needs, feedback and experience on aspects of current work environment.• Build strong network and work closely with my wider team from member companies to implement large employee engagement programs.

• Responsible for full cycle recruiting process with various levels of tech & non-tech positions of head office.• In charge of headhunting C-Level & senior management positions (that appointed by Board of Directors) of member companies.• Involve some large or urgent recruitment projects of member companies to support them for approaching more candidates.• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates on the ICT fields. Manage candidate records to make sure having a pool of high value potential candidates for future need.• Complete CMC Candidate Experience Guidelines with essential workflows, templates and work closely with my wider team to bring them to life.• Coordinate to complete CMC Employer Brand Identity guidelines. Plan and implement communication programs to approach each group of potential candidates via online and offline channels, ensure employer brand identity is always consistent and controlled.• Fulfill company registration documents to apply employer recognition awards as HR Asia Awards, Top 100 Vietnam Best Places To Work...• Coordinate with vendors to conduct annual Employee Engagement Survey to evaluate employee satisfaction with the company, to define EVPs to attract and retain talent.• Organize annual CMC Awards to honor the individual and the collective that have achieved excellence performance and dedicated employees.• Support line manager to annual talent acquisition planning base on HR strategy objectives, business plan and timely report preparation.• Practice in some HR policies documents and involve in corporate HRM projects, HRM System base SAP SuccessFactors.
