Talent Acquisition (70%)● Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, job descriptions, performance tasks, and ideal candidate profiles● Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies, including sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, etc.)● Screen application forms and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications● Manage the interview process, scheduling interviews, offer, and the onboarding process● Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement● Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Employer Branding (20%)● Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent● Analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and recommend improvements● Stay current on employer branding trends and best practicesOther duties (10%)● Up to 10% of duties may fall outside of the JD to support ad hoc projects, cross department activities, and growth initiatives.

Recruitment Tasks - Assist TA Team on building new onboarding process and the HRIS. - Discuss with hiring manager to build JD for Intern and Freelance positions. - Discuss with hiring manager to proceed recruitment and onboarding process. - Search, scan CV and phone interview candidates from Intern to Senior positions. - Create content, design to upload jobs in Facebook groups and recruitment websites. - Take care of candidates until probation (call offer, paperworks, onboarding, handover, orientation,...).Learning and Development Tasks - Create timeline and plans for sharing and training activities. - Follow up with managers, employees to plan and conduct activities. - Conduct feedback forms/surveys and make reports after each activity. - Prepare logistics, supplies and follow up with paperwork, invoices, suppliers... - Take photos and videos during activites, create content and design for communications posts.Employer Branding Tasks - Create employer branding communications orientation. - Research and conduct surveys to build communications plan. - Corporate with university students’ club to organize company visit. - Create content and designs for employer branding posts on company’s fanpage.

Recruitment Tasks- Search, scan CV and phone interview candidates from Intern to Mid - Level positions for 6 provinces.- Create content and design to upload jobs on company’s fanpage, Facebook groups and websites.- Book interview room and schedule for hiring manager.- Using and inputing information in the company’s HRIS.- Sending emails and handling other related paperworks for candidates.- Take care of candidates until onboarding day (send emails, paperworks, orientation, ...) Learning and Development Tasks- Support and prepare logistics to organize internal training activities (online and offline).- Search and organize employees’ securities - practice certificates and exam/study plans.- Take photos and videos during activities, create content and design for communications posts.- Make training Powerpoints and convert into E - Learning videos to upload on company’s website.
