Working as Pocket HD Division Lead:- Coordinating all division activities in Gameloft Da Nang studio, in networking with relevant Studio Managers and Functional Managers and Project Managers, to control production planning, process and status to ensure the delivery and quality of all projects - Build up and improve production process, quality standards, team organisation. Propose optimal solutions and production strategy - Being the key contact and adviser for macro planning, production standard, human resources in Da Nang and coordinating with other Pocket HD teams/ managers in South East Asia, Europe, Head Quarter - Paris, and other support team in all other studios over the world

From Early 2014 until Dec 2015Run a development division with 3-4 teams/ projects on multi mobile platforms. Be responsible for team organization, planning, quality control and resources management * In detail:- Planning, coordinating and supervising 3-4 producers/ projects - Managing and supervising producers to make sure the projects run smooth without/ with limited risks and conflict to reach highest quality- Developing the macro plan for division, assigning project roles & responsibilities and managing the activity schedule of 3-4 projects with the help of Producers in charge - Actively communicating with Head Quarter Producer, superiors and any other project stakeholders.- Organize training for new producers or to provide/ organize workshop to introduce new features/ technique/ checklist/ soft skills ... to producer team

I started to be a Senior producer at Gameloft from June 2013.At this position, I'm responsible for:- Managing multiple mobile platform games (Java, Android, iOS) projects- Managing production teams (6 teams/ 6 producers, ˜80 developers working in many single project)- Providing training and coaching to level up producers, assistant producers

* Coordinate project teams to develop world-class games on mobile devices for international markets.* Be responsibilities for:- Planning, coordinating and supervising the game development cycle in order to achieve the objectives of the project- Developing the project plan, assigning project roles & responsibilities and managing the activity schedule- Coordinating the activity of all parties involved in the project (programmers, artists, QA, creation teams, support teams and stakeholders)- Managing the project risks & conflicts, to avoid or reduce any risk that can affect the project objectives- Constantly controlling the game quality and the project status to make sure that the games are delivered on time and match Gameloft’s high quality standards- Actively communicating with Head Quarter Producer, superiors and any other project stakeholders.
