- Review and discuss Tech package with internal team for new upper/ new tooling for any manufacturing concern; figure out the direction/ suggestion for communicating with Nike Headquarter.- Collaborate with Manufacturing team to align product expectations in mass production and provide process optimization/ modernization execution suggestion for process and quality improvement.- Cooperate with functional team to receive and analyse the data/ information before proceed Pattern Efficiency, PST, MEOF with related engineering documents (MCF, DRAR, CT) and provide opportunities for cost saving and efficiency improvement.- Leading communication and document confirmation with Nike during Development phases.- Present, dicsuss and finalize the engineering file with Nike PMO.- Work with Chemical Engineer to solve issues in term of chemicals, process and machinery conditions.- Hold/ lead official meeting with PMO to discuss and propose the solutions for engineering issues that happens during the development stage via project file including manuafaturing concern, root cause anlysis and solution/ suggestion.- Leading trial to validating tech package before RFC.- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineer for quality consistency management and cost opportunities.- Proceed FMEA process in order to detect and evaluate manufacturing risk prior to brainstorming for recommended action and validating the idea to elimate/ minimize the risk level before go to mass production (FMEA) by run side project for process and quality improvement during development stages.- Work with offshore factories for transfer models to get the alignment among sources and provide feedback and clarification via project file to offshores during tech pack validation.

- Work with the Adidas brand (Design/ Marketing & Development Team) and factoriesin translating from design concept into a workable production plan, from Tech Pack till Buy Ready.- Work in Originals category, then was transferred to the SMU-CCA team where took on difficult contructions shoes (top creators customer) as the request of the manager. Recently, I am in charge of the Innovation team with a request to be more creative.- Ensuring the brand expectations on Fit, Performance, Quality, Pattern/ Grading, Cost and commercial feasibility are met from development to bulk production.- Foresee and assist to resolve potential quality problem in development to bulk production.- Ensuring the Seasonal Development Time-line is followed.- Reviewing Design-Packs, Samples and BOMs.- Support the selection of raw materials.- Monitoring 1st production of new models in factory.- Contact with T2 supplier that looking for material suitable as customer request.
