- Laid groundwork for the successful implementation of the Alumni Mentorship Program 2021-2022 run by the Centre for Student Engagement.

- Processed and filled prescriptions and medications for ~50 patients daily, booked appointments in-person and on-phone for vaccines offered by the pharmacy and pharmacist medicine checks - Regularly monitored inventory for expired medications, ordered and restocked medications

- Screened ~200 patients daily for COVID-19 vaccination- Scheduled ~50 appointments daily for COVID-19 vaccination using Verto Scheduler- Admitted ~3600-4000 patients daily for COVID-19 vaccination using COVAXON- Provided general support to Frontline teams on hospital units that experienced immense pressures from COVID-19 patient hospitalizations- Performed patient rounding and communication with staff and patients by answering phone calls, answering call bells, update whiteboards, upholding mask policy- Engaged with patients through conversation, reading, set-up and feeding meals- Maintained vaccine supply and patient supplies/equipment- Collected and replaced soiled linens

- Screened ~300 visitors and vaccination patients daily at Trillium Health Partners Mississauga Hospital and Credit Valley Hospital for COVID-19 symptoms.

Undergraduate Medical Biophysics research project with the Gradinaru Lab at UTM- Project: Conformational Fluctuations In a G Protein Coupled Receptor through a Single-Molecule Lens- Cultured BL21 DE3 E.coli colonies containing plasmid and P. pastoris colonies containing nanodiscs- Produced GCPRs with a double-mutant construct to experiment with biophysical assays and techniques

- EPIC Systems and Devices Support for OpFlow with familiarity in ClinDoc, Ambulatory, ASAP, Stork, Willow, Cupid and Orders.- Serve as a first-line problem solver, application champion and point of escalation for ~150 end users- Provides one-on-one guidance to ~300 physicians, nurses and other staff and assist with questions and issues as they relate to Epic systems MedTech software- Identify and resolve issues for end users and/or escalate to the Command Centre and communicated information and changes when required, resulting in ~60 resolutions daily

- Transcribed ~1500 patient requisitions and orders from MEDITECH to Epic Systems.

- Worked with the Robert Gillespie Academic Skills Center at UTM and facilitated study groups for first-year Biology, Environmental Science and Calculus courses.- Planned and lead study sessions which help UTM students enrolled in these courses solidify their understanding of course content and improve and innovate study skills and techniques.- Created comprehensive and creative lesson plans which assist students in their problem-solving and critical thinking skills while accommodating for their diverse abilities and learning skills.- Explained complex concepts to students clearly and concisely in a creative manner, often implementing visual aids.- Encouraging student to become active, independent and lifelong learners.- Helped students bridge the gaps between academia and the real world by connecting what they have learned to real-life concepts and ongoing learning in the scientific community.

- Tutored ~18 high school students one-on-one and within group study sessions with high school-level Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Earth & Space Science, Calculus & Vectors, Advanced Functions.- Explained concepts in a clear and concise manner- Created lesson plans that assess students' critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Diagnosed ~35 computer problems daily; inquired about type of problems experienced, formulated and investigated hypotheses with clients & provided step-by-step guidance- Communicated with ~25 customers in-person, online, by-email, and altered communications by medium- Assistance in sales; asking good questions about needs of the customer and making recommendations

- Made inquiries and suggestions to help evaluate customer’s choices, changed style of communication depending on customer’s needs and age; made choosing glasses fun for children and encouraged self-expression.- Operated the autorefractor and shadowed optometrist.
