The United Nations Free and Equal Campaign is global United Nations public information campaign aims at promoting equal rights and fairness treatment of LGBTI people. In 2023, the United Development Programme (UNDP) in Vietnam, in collaboration with other UN agencies and Implementation partners: IT'S T TIME and The Institute for Studies of Society, Economics and Environment (iSEE) spearhead the 2023 campaign in Vietnam. I had the chance to work with IT'S T TIME, iSEE, and UNDP in Vietnam as a Communications & Graphic Design Consultant, and I delivered these duties:• Lead the developement and execution social media campaign "The A4 Sheet: Happy Beginning" to reach out and amplifying transgender and gender diverse people stories• Lead the PR campaign in building connection and understanding between transgenders and media reporters • Curate, edit and participate in content creation activities • Lead and asisst in graphic design for social media campaign and other parts of the campaign

• Collaborate with design team to conceptualize and design the layout for the Comprehensive Sexual Health Education Handbook

Support the testing, scalling up and implementation of youth led solutions including:• The developement & execution of communication plans to gain 10.000+ followers for the Facebook Page Hanh Trinh Yeu.• Proofreading and copywriting support to other Youth Facilitators to ensure all content is accurate, consistently and youth friendly.• Facilitate and support youth-led groups to develope promotion plan and event designs for interactive events organized in their schools.• Facilitate and support discussions and group works with youth and other stakeholders to gather insights and qualitative data to revise the prototypes.• Facilitate and participate in research activities to gain deeper understanding of youth and their sexual and reproductive health (SHR) needs as well as to evaluate project activities.• Contribute to refine the concepts, insights, and prototypes developement in collaboration with youth and other Youth Consultants.

Tinh Tỉnh Tình Yêu - Youth-led Sexual And Reproductive Health Festival is the first Sexual And Reproductive Health Festival organized in Vietnam. It was a part of the HCD Project of Population Services International Vietnam. The festival is a space and platform to connect the youth with comprehensive, interactive youth friendly sex-ed resources and activities. As a Communication Manager of the festival, I did: • Lead the development and execution of the communication plan for the festival to attract more than 500 participants offline and reach over 1M on several platforms.• Provide proofreading and content writing support to other members to ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and youth-friendly.• Participate and collaborate in content creation activities with other youth members, including copywriting and graphic design.

Hanoi International Queer Film Festival (HIQFF for short) is a Queer cinematic developing project. Founded in 2017, the project was initially named Hanoi International Queer Film Week. A non-profit and Queer-themed Film Festival that screens both Vietnamese and International cinematic works, HIQFF aims to bring stories of the Queer community to people in Hanoi.During the collaboration with HIQFF as a Communication Manager I did:• Lead and support the developement & execution of communication plan for the queer film festival in 2018 and other activities of the organization such as Hanoi Cinemathequeer film screening series• Participate in content creation process as a content writer• Take part in event organizing activities

The PTIT Multimedia Design Contest was organized by the Multimedia Faculty of the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology in Hanoi. This contest aims to seek out and connect talented and promising youth in the art and multimedia fields to address social issues through art and design. In 2017, with the theme of Children's Rights, it received 150 promising ideas from participants with diverse backgrounds during the registration round. I was lucky to have the chance to work with this contest as a Social Media Manager. Some of my duty in the contest: • Develop and implement social media strategies to outreach potenial participants and amplifying the contest infomation and messages. • Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms.• Monitor and engage with audiences on social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.• Collaborate with designer, and content writer to produce content for social media.
