1. Build Cash loan product:- Partly join to develop 1st cash loan product of PTF from beginning until launching: market sizing, customer segmenting, competitor analyzing, product PnL stimulating, product proposing, policy designing, system configuring, marketing planning, sale planning.- Actively participate in the development of regulations, policies related to the issuance of new cash loan products. + In 12/2019, successfully launched the first cash loan product + In 03/2020, launched 3 new policies for extending customer segments.2. System requirements:- Work closely with IT division in order to prescribe new feature requirements for the system on a product level.- Create test scenarios and test cases to ensure a successful go-live. + Over 200 test cases were conducted successfully.3. Responsible for weekly report:- Export raw data from system and build a product dashboard report on the Google Data Studio platform.- Coordinate with other departments for the data collation to ensure its accuracy.4. Market research and competitors tracking:- Monthly updates of market information about competitors’ strategies, market trends, partner contribution,…- Deep dive report on Competitors’ product policies5. Support the work related to Co-operation with Third parties6. Perform other duties assigned by Head of Product.

1. Perform the underwriting process: - Verify the eligibility of applicants if they are matching with credit product policy and minimum acceptance conditions.- Check all the accuracy of the identification information inputted from applicants versus the information displayed in the provided document.- Detect from basic fraud signals. 2. Support for Debt Collection Department:- Perform the debt collections reminder.- Reaching out overdue customers through phone calls and text-based reminder.- Inform customers of overdue accounts and amount currently owed by SMS, phone call.
