Senior Business Analyst
Current• Working on diverse types of outsourcing projects related to various business domains, including Advertising Media, Mortgage, Education, Data Warehousing, E-commerce, and Law services.• Applied Agile / Scrum Methodology to Software Development Life Cycle• Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.• Create and maintain documentation such as system wire-frame (by Figma), business requirements documents, user stories (in JIRA, Azure DevOps) and functional specifications• Use techniques such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and data modeling to capture and clarify requirements.• Collaborate with technical teams to define the IT solutions that meet business requirements.• Serve as a bridge between business and IT departments, translating technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.• Evaluate proposed solutions against business objectives, technical feasibility, and organizational constraints.• Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with proposed solutions.• Collaborate with testing teams to do User Acceptance Testing based on defined requirements.• Manage changes to project scope, requirements, and priorities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
