Responsible for training, coaching and supervision of the team of supervisors / team leaders / floor managers, responsible for quality and production of all the projects. Team development, training the team of training managers, providing them with the supportive training material related to Accent neutralization and overseeing their performance in a timely manner. My duties included monitoring achievements of outstanding targets with consultation with the CEO and discussions with the clients. Was assigned to train supervisors for inbound accounts, including accent neutralization and English Language process with the help of linguistics and Grammar (US) as I have had a distinguished track record for all the tasks assigned through the course of time. Monitoring, helping in improving the performance of management teams by accurately analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the team and its members, and taking appropriate steps to improve the team's effectiveness. Regular reviewing and managing the performance of the Units’ staff and recommends to the CEO / Managing Director, the extension or non-extension of individual contracts. Keep all the concerned depts. informed of ongoing and upcoming requirements and projects in those Sections.Taking accurate measures against feedback from customer service and ensure complaints are handled within the given time frame. Providing daily direction and communication to employees i.e. Supervisors / Team leaders / Managers so that customers / clients service calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner. Ensure employees have appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs in order to maintain the highest quality standards set by the company or its clients. Respond to and resolve employee relations issues expressed by team members; create and maintain high quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.
