I was hired as an agent (CSR) on part time basis and showed up my skills and performance and the management of the TransData promoted to the seat of Call Center & American Accent Trainer in just first 6 months of my probation period. I helped out the management in hiring people who were really required for the project and trained around 30 agents out of which screened out only 19 CSRs in just 30 days of the training. Showed up the results as trainer which really helped the company to grow with the same project / client and got promoted to the seat of Supervisor / Trainer with in first 12 months of my service. I used to have approximately 20 - 30 agents (CSRs) under my supervision and got appreciation for my best performance and excellent control over the different and ever changing situations on the project(s), from the client and the higher management / administration of the company as well. Stream lined all the operations while working as Supervisor / Trainer for 6 months and showed up my performance in accordance with the requirements of the project and got promoted to the seat of Manager Training & (Technical) Accounts Dept. Managed all operations of on-going projects in a very smart and professional manner which really helped company to get more projects from the same clients the company was working with. Developed such projects that really helped out the company’s profits, grow up to 90%. Worked for the same post i.e. Manager Training & (Technical) Accounts dept. for 12 more months and got promoted to the seat of Head Of Training UNIT (CS). Awarded as the best employee of the years 2007 / 2008 by the Managing Director and CEO of the company.
